Good News: Our Numbers are in!
1) Registered members ($100) = 373
2) Optional Life Trouble Fund ($200) = 161 (2 were verified to have been paid by cashapp to treasurer’s private account before due date March 31)
3)Komvention dues payment (total 233):
a. Paid before deadline May 15th ($150) = 230
b. Paid after the deadline ($200) = 3
4. Number of kids signed up for babysitting = 52
5. Participants in Afo-a-kom VMH = 415
Note!
1. Based on the number of kids that have requested babysitting (52), we expect more than double this number of kids at the convention. We deeply appreciate the parents who are giving their kids this experience.
2. With this anticipated heavy attendance, please register your guests so that they are counted before we completely stop accepting payments at maximum hall capacity.
3. Our host chapter is accepting payments for the Martin Luther King Memorial Park experience. Payments are due May 31st????????
